Baccalà Festival 2026
Nov 6 – Nov 15Borgoricco (Padova) The Baccalà Festival returns in November 2026 to Borgoricco, over two weekends on Viale Europa: a food stand offering baccalà mantecato, alla vicentina, stewed, fried, and in innovative recipes, accompanied by artisan markets, music, workshops, and guided tastings.
