For 2026 the Tre Passi Umbri cycling‑tourism brevet is confirmed and rideable from May 1st to September 30th. Two mixed‑terrain routes (95 km and 125 km) among the three passes of the Appennino umbro and eight municipalities, with Cerreto di Spoleto as the control point. The 2026 edition is dedicated to the memory of Michele Scarponi, with a particular focus on road safety.

The 4th edition of the Festival delle Acque is expected in Cerreto di Spoleto in autumn 2026, following the first three editions and the administration's stated intention to continue the event. Conferences on water protection, excursions, mountain biking, tastings and the Nera Fly Fishing Show will make up the programme; exact dates and the schedule will be announced by the Comune in the weeks beforehand.

For the 2026-2027 holidays, the Living Nativity Scene of Cerreto di Spoleto is expected on the usual three days of the Christmas season – December 26, 2026, January 1st, and January 6th, 2027 – with the medieval village returning to transform into a Nativity scene amidst workshops of ancient crafts, tastings, and bagpipe players. Confirmation and organizational details will be communicated by the Municipality in the weeks leading up to the event.
