For 2026 the Tre Passi Umbri cycling‑tourism brevet is confirmed and rideable from May 1st to September 30th. Two mixed‑terrain routes (95 km and 125 km) among the three passes of the Appennino umbro and eight municipalities, with Cerreto di Spoleto as the control point. The 2026 edition is dedicated to the memory of Michele Scarponi, with a particular focus on road safety.

The San Lorenzo celebrations in Borgo Cerreto are also expected in 2026, on the usual date of August 10, the patron saint's feast. The Sagra del Fungo e della Trota del Fiume Nera returns to Borgo Cerreto for its 42nd edition, around Ferragosto 2026, with four evenings of gastronomic stands dedicated to porcini and Nera trout, orchestras for dancing and the usual fireworks display on the night of August 15. The exact dates and musical program will be announced by the Pro Loco Borgo Cerreto-Ponte in the preceding weeks.

The Ciarlatano Festival returns to Cerreto di Spoleto from August 16 to 18, 2026, following the tradition where the Pro Cerreto Association brings the square to life with food stalls and live music for three consecutive evenings.
