The event takes place from June to September. The program includes gastronomic, sports, cultural initiatives, shows and artistic exhibitions of various kinds: concerts, theater, cinema, the "Festa dei Popoli" (Festival of Peoples) and "Rockantina Live", a three-evening event for young people featuring amateur bands. To promote the traditions of Inveruno, evenings of music and entertainment are organized in the villas and courtyards of the area, which boast high architectural value.

The 418th edition of the Antica Fiera di San Martino will take place in Inveruno from November 14 to 17, 2026, featuring exhibitions, a didactic farm, and a traditional market.

In the week following the Antica Fiera di S. Martino, a temporary structure located in the area of Via Manzoni hosts the event INVERART - PADIGLIONE D'ARTE GIOVANE, featuring a multidisciplinary collective exhibition of works by young local talents in painting, poetry, literature, sculpture, theater, music, photography, and cinema. The event includes recreational activities with musical performances and food and beverage service.
