The Maratea in Scena 2026 program kicks off on June 1st in Piazza Europa with a DJ set by Giorgio Prezioso and continues throughout the summer with music, theater, culture, the Investigative Journalism Festival, the Italian Art Tour, and the Marateatro Festival.

The 2026 edition of the Marateatro Festival returns in the summer of Maratea with theatre performances, music, and artistic fusions in the most evocative locations of the village, as part of the Maratea in Scena programme, under the direction of Giuseppe Miale Di Mauro.

The 18th edition of Marateale takes place from July 20 to 25, 2026 at the Teatro sul mare of the Hotel Santavenere: six days of cinema with the international feature‑film competition, the Marateale in Short and Marateale School sections, masterclasses and public meetings.
