The 2026 edition of the Sagra della Torta al Testo cotta sotto la cenere takes place in Sant'Egidio di Perugia from July 31 to August 9. The star of the event is the traditional flatbread (torta al testo) cooked under the ashes, served with wines, cheeses, and typical sweets, accompanied by live music, workshops, and children's games. Dinner reservations are mandatory.
