Alpenfest 2026 will take place in Tarvisio from Thursday the 13th to Sunday the 16th of August. Four days of Alpine celebration with the grand international folkloric parade in traditional costume (Thursday the 13th), food and wine stalls, craft markets, live music and activities for everyone.

The Three Borders Friendship Festival will return to the summit of Monte Forno on the second Sunday of September 2026 (September 13th). Hikers from Italy, Austria, and Slovenia will meet at 1,508 meters for the traditional handshake, amidst folklore, music, and the cuisine of the three countries.

San Nicolò and the Krampus will return to Tarvisio on Saturday, 5 December 2026. At dusk the Krampus will emerge from the forest accompanying San Nicolò, with the parade from Via Roma to Piazza Unità starting at 5 p.m.
