Nov 7 – Nov 8Torgiano (Perugia) The Salt War returns to Torgiano on November 7 and 8, 2026, in the second weekend of November. The village revives the 1540 uprising against the papal salt tax with a historic parade of about one hundred participants, stalls of ancient trades, food and wine stands, flag‑wavers, musicians, jugglers and falconers.
