The first edition of the Festival del Racconto in Parole e Musica takes place on August 21 and 22, 2026 in Preggio, a frazione of Umbertide. The festival celebrates storytelling as a cultural practice through word, sound and image, involving local associations engaged in the archaeological and cultural promotion of the village.

The 41st edition of the September Fairs of Umbertide will take place from September 5th to 7th, 2026 (Friday-Sunday). Approximately 200 commercial vendors will animate the streets of the historic center — via Unità d'Italia, piazza Marx, via Morandi, and via Tusicum — during the days surrounding the feast of the patron saint, the Madonna della Reggia (September 8th).

The 2026 edition of the Fratta dell'Ottocento is scheduled from Wednesday, September 9 to Sunday, September 12, 2026 in the historic centre of Umbertide. Four days of costumed taverns, shows, dances and reenactments of the Risorgimento era.

The 2026 edition of Natale a Umbertide will bring the historic center to life from December until Epiphany, featuring the Babbo Natale Village at Rocca, the Presepe d'Autore (Author's Nativity Scene) on Via Garibaldi, festive lights, markets, and a lineup of concerts and entertainment. The detailed program will be announced in the autumn.
