Jun 13 – Jun 14Vallo di Nera (Perugia) The 22nd edition of Fior di Cacio will take place on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June 2026 in Vallo di Nera, in the Valnerina valley. Among the novelties, the collaboration with Slow Food (Villaggio dei Presìdi) and the Umbria Chamber of Commerce; tastings, workshops, the giant ricotta and outdoor activities are scheduled.
