The Sagre dala Bisate returns in July 2026 in Ariis, in the park along the Stella River, in honor of Saint James the Apostle. Over two weekends, the star of the event is the bisat — the eel of the Stella River — with grilled eel, wines and beers, dancing evenings with live orchestras and DJs, a craft market, and the grand final fireworks display. Dates and the final program are announced by Pro Loco Ariis.
