Oct 11Borghetto di Vara (La Spezia) The Fiera with Castagnata and Sagra dello Sgabeo 2026 takes place on an October day in Borghetto di Vara. Over a hundred stalls animate the historic center; from the stands, fried sgabei filled with toppings, roasted chestnuts, castagnaccio, and chestnut fritters with new wine. Throughout the day, there are exhibitions of vintage cars and motorcycles, as well as folk music. The exact date is announced by the Municipality.
