The Fiera with Castagnata and Sagra dello Sgabeo 2026 takes place on an October day in Borghetto di Vara. Over a hundred stalls animate the historic center; from the stands, fried sgabei filled with toppings, roasted chestnuts, castagnaccio, and chestnut fritters with new wine.
