In 2026, Anticamente returns to Foligno with its monthly appointments in Piazza della Repubblica and Largo Carducci, from 9 am until sunset: antiques, collectibles, vintage, and modern design on the Saturday preceding the first Sunday of the month. The calendar of dates for 2026 is confirmed by the Comune (Municipality) and the In-Divenire association.

2026 marks the 80th anniversary of the modern Quintana (1946-2026) with an extraordinary calendar of three jousts: the Giostra dell'Ottantennale (May 30, 8:30 PM at Campo de li Giochi), the Giostra della Sfida (June 13), and the Giostra della Rivincita (September 13). A historical procession with over 800 participants in Baroque costumes and taverns of the Rioni open from May 28 to June 12.

The 2026 edition combines the 32nd Sagra della Rocciata with the 7th Sagra degli Gnocchi Fatti a Mano in San Giovanni Profiamma. For several weeks, from late July through August, the stalls offer the rocciata, a typical sweet filled with apples, walnuts and raisins, and handβmade gnocchi with traditional sauces, accompanied by evening shows, dances and games for children.
Holydays Festival 2026
The 2026 Holydays Festival will take place from July 31st to August 2nd in Scopoli, a hamlet of Foligno. Three days of independent music in the mountain village of the Valle del Menotre, with a dedicated camping area and the intimate and participatory atmosphere that characterizes the festival. The line-up will be announced on the official channels of the association.

From August 10 to 15, 2026, Annifo hosts the 33rd Sagra della Lenticchia (Lentil Festival) and the 40th edition of 7 Giorni in Montagna (7 Days in the Mountains). Every evening starting at 8:00 PM, the local tavern opens with a menu featuring local lentils; the program includes evening briscola tournaments, dance orchestras, and hikes along the trails of the Altopiani Plestini.

From August 14th to 23rd, 2026, Colfiorito will host the Trade Show and Festival of the IGP Red Potato. Food stalls offering gnocchi, baked potatoes, and the famous sweet potato donut, a trade show of typical and handcrafted products, workshops for children, and live music every evening, with a DJ area for the younger crowd.

The eighth edition of the Sheep Festival, from August 22nd to 25th, 2026, at the Soli-Marchionni Park in Sant'Eraclio, offers four evenings dedicated to mutton and lamb. Stands open from 7 pm with the "sheep aperitivo", skewers and beer from 8 pm, and live music to close each evening.

The 46th edition of the Segni Barocchi Festival takes place in Foligno from August 29 to September 6, 2026, under the title "La vita Γ¨ sogno" inspired by the masterpiece by CalderΓ³n de la Barca. Artistic direction by Daniele Salvo. Preview on June 5 with The Tempest in Piazza della Repubblica.

La Rivincita 2026 closes the year of the Ottantennale of the modern Quintana. Saturday 12 September the evening is dedicated to the historic parade through the streets of the centre; Sunday 13 September, in the afternoon, the giostra is run at Campo de li Giochi which awards the second palio of the year and closes the quintanara season.

The 27th edition of I Primi d'Italia will take place from September 24 to 27, 2026, in the historic center of Foligno. Four days featuring the Villaggi del Gusto (Taste Villages), cooking shows with Michelin-starred chefs, cooking classes, and fresh pasta workshops, along with continuous tastings of pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, and polenta from Italyβs twenty regions. The sixth edition of the Foligno Danza Festival is expected in autumn 2026, under the artistic direction of Alessandro Rende. The exact dates and the program with Γ©toiles, stage, auditions and workshops have not yet been released: the organization has announced an ambitious edition, in continuity with the show and training formula of previous seasons.

Even towards the end of 2026, Foligno is preparing to welcome the New Year with the New Year's Eve at the Center of the World in Piazza della Repubblica: live music, bands, and DJs until late for the midnight toast. The detailed program, with hosting and musical guests, will be announced by the InCentro consortium and the Municipality closer to the event.
