Four days featuring the Villaggi del Gusto (Taste Villages), cooking shows with Michelin-starred chefs, cooking classes, and fresh pasta workshops, along with continuous tastings of pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, and polenta from Italy’s twenty regions.
