Carbonesca Polenta and Sausages Festival 2026

In 2026, Carbonesca will host the 51st Sagra della Polenta e Salsicce, scheduled between the last Saturday of July and the first Sunday of August. Around nine days filled with polenta in all its versions, sausages, wine, music, theater, and dancing. The year will also be marked by the 17th Raduno Nazionale dei Polentari d'Italia, hosted in Gubbio on June 20, 2026.
